💰 Gambling tax framework in Colombia
Licensed operators must pay:
- Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) tax:
- 15 % on GGR, if your games have an RTP (Return to Player) of 83 % or higher
- 17 % on GGR, for games with RTP below 83 %
- Temporary VAT on player deposits:
- A 19 % VAT on deposits to betting accounts is in effect until December 2025 under Decree 0175
