+15 years of career including 13 years as an entrepreneur and 12 years in the Gambling industry, with 8 years as Managing Director of an online gambling operator, I´m also the founder of an affiliate company making the difference in the gambling industry in Latam.

As Managing Director of an online gambling operator I was responsible for:

• Relocating the company from Spain to Malta dealing with lawyers and local Government for the incorporation, opening bank accounts in Malta, finding offices, local providers, building the team…
• Marketing: paid media, tv, radio, CRM, retention, reactivation.
• Finance: overviewing and preparing management accounts and financial statements and dealing with the banks.
• Compliance: all related matter with Regulators in Spain and Portugal, managing audits, stablishing KYC and Responsible Gambling policies, etc.
• Customer support and Payments and Fraud: overviewing the team.
• New Markets: analysed Portuguese, Italian and Colombian market and applying for Portuguese license and several singular licenses in Spain.
• M&A: I was fully involved in the acquisition of the company by the Rank Group leading the DD process from the seller´s side.

Founder of an affiliate business

I founded a marketing agency that runs several affiliate sites targeting different countries in LatAm. Specific websites for Colombia, Chile, Perú, México, Brasil and other websites for all Latin American countries.

Consultant

​I´m a consultant working with different companies within the industry, helping them with their operations in LatAm and Spain.

Other projects:

​I co-founded an agency that supplies promotional products in Spain. It´s been operating for the past 15 years and it´s still currently operating.
